Vivere Watches is an independent dealer of pre-owned and unworn luxury watches based in McMurray, Pennsylvania. Using this website or transacting with us means you accept these terms.
Every watch is personally inspected, photographed, and described honestly — photos are of the actual watch, and known flaws are disclosed. Watches are pre-owned unless stated otherwise; descriptions reflect our good-faith assessment of condition and authenticity at the time of listing. Prices and availability may change without notice, and a watch may be listed on multiple platforms simultaneously — the first completed payment secures it.
We stand behind the authenticity of every watch we sell. Watches are inspected and verified before sale; where a sale is completed through a platform with its own authentication program, that program's process also applies.
Accepted payment methods are stated per transaction and may include bank wire, Zelle, platform checkout, or cash for local transactions. A watch is not sold, reserved, or held until payment has cleared. Where an invoice is issued, its stated terms apply to that transaction.
Watches ship fully insured with signature confirmation, typically within one business day of cleared payment, to the verified name and address on the payment. Risk of loss passes on delivery. Local pickup can be arranged in the Pittsburgh area.
Sales completed through a marketplace platform follow that platform's return policy. For direct sales, returns are accepted only if agreed in writing before the sale or if the watch was materially misdescribed; a returned watch must come back in the condition sent, with all included accessories, and unaltered — unauthorized service, polishing, or modification voids any return.
If you sell a watch to us, you represent that it is authentic, accurately described, and yours to sell, free of liens. Consignments are governed by a written consignment agreement signed by both parties; title to a consigned watch remains with the consignor until sale.

Watches are sold as personal property for enjoyment. Nothing on this site is investment, financial, or appraisal advice, and we make no representation about future value.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction is limited to the amount you paid us for the watch in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays caused by carriers, platforms, or events beyond our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
