When you buy a watch, sell or consign a watch, submit a form on this site, or contact us directly, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and the details of your inquiry or transaction. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We do not collect or store payment card numbers on this site — payments are processed through the platform or payment provider used for your transaction.
We use your information to process and ship orders, respond to inquiries, provide updates about your purchase or consignment, send our newsletter and occasional notifications about new inventory (only if you've opted in), and keep records required for business and tax purposes.
